Summary
Through my research in water economics, I served in several notable positions, including the associate editor of the Water Resources Bulletin and Water Resources Research, the economics editor for Water Engineering and Management and a member of the editorial board of Land Economics.
Further, I served an advisor to the French water companies Compagnie Générale des Eaux (now Veolia Environment) and Compagnie Lyonnaise des Eaux, as well as to the engineering firms Snowy Mountains Engineering Corporation in Australia, and Binnie & Partners in London.
I continue to remain active in the water resources field, focusing primarily on municipal water system privatisation. I serve as a member of the Johns Hopkins University Global Water Program.
